ASI role

Advanced Subscriber Intelligence provides the ASI environment, protected sending infrastructure, software systems, monitoring, compliance tooling, unsubscribe and abuse handling routes, diagnostics, reporting, and support functions.

Intellectual property

ASI software, systems, operational methods, reporting structures, interface designs, documentation, infrastructure logic, names, marks, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Advanced Subscriber Intelligence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

This ASI deployment must not be used for unlawful sending, deceptive campaigns, unauthorised data use, harassment, malware, phishing, impersonation, unlawful scraping, purchased data used unlawfully, or any activity that may damage sender reputation, infrastructure, recipients, networks, or the ASI environment.

No guarantee of delivery or outcome

ASI provides infrastructure, monitoring, protection tools, and reporting systems. It does not guarantee inbox placement, campaign performance, sales outcomes, or recipient behaviour.
