Data responsibility
The client/data controller is responsible for the data they upload, manage, and use. Advanced Subscriber Intelligence provides the protected sending infrastructure, compliance tools, unsubscribe/abuse handling routes, monitoring, and reporting systems within the ASI environment.

This page explains how individuals can raise privacy, unsubscribe, abuse, and data rights requests connected with this ASI deployment.

Rights that may apply

Unsubscribe requests
Marketing emails sent through the ASI environment should include an unsubscribe route. Unsubscribe requests should be honoured by the client/data controller and reflected in suppression handling.
Abuse reports
Abuse reports, suspected unauthorised sending, suspected impersonation, or delivery complaints may be sent to abuse@advanced-subscriber-intelligence.com.
Identity checks
The client/data controller may need to verify identity before responding to certain rights requests.
